Terms and Conditions for Customer Repairs

  •  Pickup Timeframe:

    Upon receiving notification of service completion, customers are required to collect their bikes from MAPLEWOOD BIKE SHED within a 3-day period. Failure to do so will result in a daily storage fee of $5 being applied by MAPLEWOOD BIKE SHED until the bike is picked up.

  • Approval for Changes:

    In the event that the necessary repairs change, MAPLEWOOD BIKE SHED will promptly communicate with you via phone or email. Your consent will be sought before any additional services are initiated, ensuring transparency and agreement before proceeding with the modified repairs.

Sales Policy: All Sales Are Final

All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.This policy is in place to ensure the efficiency and integrity of our operations.
